I LOVE writing resolutions for the new year because it always fills me with hope and excitement. There's a whole 365 (well..now 360) days ahead of us where ANYTHING can happen. Literally anything. To put it into perspective, I could be living in another city, married, consistent on YouTube and the blog ( 🤞🏼), pregnant, a business owner, and could have traveled to 15 countries by the end of 2019. Isn't that c RA Z Y? (I feel like it goes without saying but I would not prefer this outcome)
But for those who find this to be an overwhelming task, I don't blame you. Maybe this exercise will appeal to you more!
I saw Taylor Sterling do this on her blog and thought it was SO simple and straightforward. I'm going to physically write this list too so I can put it up in my room somewhere so I can look at it every day. It took everything in me not to make the lists excruciatingly long, so I tried narrowing it down to only reflect the most important things I want to focus on.

DeleteGreat New Year post! This year I decided to set monthly goals instead of writing out a resolution in hopes of increasing my productivity and staying on the write track.
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you this year, I can't wait to see all the amazing things it brings you!
Thanks Lellow!! Ooooh that's an awesome idea! I might do small monthly goals as well. Good luck to you too 💕
DeleteI've read a lot of posts in this vein but no one has ever layed it out like this; I seriously love it. I have a lot of similar intentions for this year but putting it like this is just like cutting out all the bullshit and just showing what it is you really want to focus on!
