The Modern Pajama

California has been SO rainy lately, and while I’m the biggest fan of rainy days, it’s so nice to finally see the sun again! I definitely did not prepare myself and thought it was going to start raining again later in the day but JOKES ON ME because it ended up being in the mid 70s today. Nonetheless, I threw this outfit on and am so in love with it!

I think it’s actually been a year since I last wore these Zara culottes because I honestly didn’t like how I looked in them. I thought they made me look super pillowy and short, but I actually love them. Paired with a slightly more oversized sweater, tucking it into a cinched waist gives the outfit some dimension and shape.

This sweater is also suuuuper comfy so I definitely felt like I was wearing a classy version of pajamas. ALSO everyone and their moms need to head to Old Navy to pick up these mules because they’re super comfortable AND they’re on sale right now. I think they come in a couple other colors like taupe and pink!

Anyway, it’s actually (my last) Finals Week now so writing this blog post was my break from studying. But I can’t believe how quickly this quarter, let alone MY ENTIRE COLLEGE CAREER, has flown by!! Definitely going to be writing a reflective post after I graduate, so keep an eye out for that.
